watched a youtube video
did A9 in the cognates handout
listened to some very interesting presentations (thanks to Pijou, Carles, and Ramon) on:

• how to calcutate the sum of a series
• why banks don't really have your money,
• the diversity of European languages

wrote a definition to the word pimp (chulo), alternate verb form: "pimp your ride"
the verb primp: "quit primping! we're late!"
did a CAE listening about kites

HW:

Angels and Xavi--presentations if possible
add 6 lines to your Ben & Gus script
read the other script (with 3 characters)
do A10 from the cognate handout
